💼 Salary & Payment Options
At Carlton Hill Station Farm, we believe in fairness, equality, and flexibility. All employees are paid under the same transparent pay structure, with the option to choose how they prefer to receive their earnings.
Hourly Rate
All employees are paid:
AU$28 – AU$32 per hour
Wages are calculated strictly based on total hours worked. Overtime is compensated in accordance with Australian workplace regulations.
Payment Options
Although pay is calculated hourly, employees may choose their preferred payment schedule:
- Hourly Tracking – Earnings are calculated per hour worked.
- Weekly Payment – Paid at the end of each working week.
- Monthly Payment – Paid at the end of each month.
All payments are processed via secure bank transfer.
Estimated Earnings
Based on a standard 38–40 hour work week:
Estimated Weekly Earnings: AU$1,064 – AU$1,280
Estimated Monthly Earnings: AU$4,200 – AU$5,120
Earnings may increase with approved overtime hours.
Each employee receives official payslips, clear breakdown of hours worked, tax deductions in compliance with Australian law, and superannuation contributions as required. We are committed to maintaining a transparent, lawful, and secure payroll system for every member of our team.
